Improved member addition and plan changes for invoice-billed workspaces
Invoice-billed workspaces now show a confirmation modal for additional charges when adding members or changing plans. You can review capacity and additional fees in advance, making it easier to add seats. Subscription management permissions have also been extended from owners to administrators.
Added personal notes (My Notes)
You can now create and edit private rich-text notes within a workspace. Attachments such as images, videos, and PDFs, as well as comments, share links, and saving as templates are supported. You can also launch a new project directly from a personal note.
Expanded project notes
Added note templates (workspace-shared and standard templates). Version history, a diff view, and restoring a previous version are now available for each edit. Embeds in notes have also been expanded, including schedule embeds and version selection when embedding files. The note editor has been improved as well, including switching the body width.
Expanded schedules and Gantt charts
A project can now have multiple Gantt charts. Tasks can be grouped into larger section-level tasks such as Planning / Production / Delivery, with duration bars and progress shown in a list. Holiday calendars can now be displayed on Gantt charts and calendars (workspace default or per project).
Redesigned the home screen as a dashboard
The home screen has been redesigned as a dashboard where you can freely arrange widgets. Choose the information you need from today's tasks, progress, upcoming tasks, a due-date calendar, recent talks / files, and more. Assignee, target projects, display period, and other settings can be saved per widget.
Added a member-removal wizard
When removing a member, a wizard now helps you confirm where owner projects should be transferred and where the member will leave to.
Added a "No differences" display for graphic comparison
When graphic comparison finds no differences, the toolbar now shows "No differences". This makes it easier to tell whether differences were missed or there are none, so you can use the comparison feature with more confidence.
Other Improvements
Improved smartphone and PC operation detection
Revised how smartphones, PCs, and touch input are detected so controls switch correctly based on screen width, device, and input method. Also fixed related issues such as files or notes not opening, unexpected multi-select behavior, and selection outlines remaining after moving folders.
Improved the smartphone bottom navigation
Unified the bottom navigation on smartphones so its position and the selected tab stay consistent across pages. Also improved cases where the keyboard covered the input field or the caret disappeared when inserting a line break, and made unread badges and header display easier to understand.
Added expiration dates to invitation links
Invitation links for projects and teams now expire after 14 days by default. Expired invitation links can no longer be used to join. Expired invitations are also deleted automatically, so email addresses included in invitation emails are not retained indefinitely. If a link has expired, please send a new invitation.
Added links to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
You can now view the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from the account menu on PC, the account modal and hamburger menu on smartphones, and the account settings page.
Bug Fixes
Fixed download limits on shared links
Fixed an issue where downloading from another workspace's folder share link incorrectly showed your own workspace's download limits. Download limits from the source workspace are now also applied correctly for shared downloads when you are not logged in.
Fixed WEB page uploads getting stuck on "Converting"
Fixed an issue where, after entering a WEB page URL, the upload could remain stuck on "Converting" and not proceed.
Fixed auto-scroll when dragging items in the file tab on PC
Fixed an issue on PC where dragging an item to the top or bottom of the file tab did not automatically scroll.
Fixed storage usage not decreasing immediately after deleting files
Fixed an issue where on-screen storage usage might not update for up to about 60 minutes after deleting files. Storage usage now reflects deletions immediately after the operation.
Fixed delayed reflection of file deletions
Fixed an issue where file deletions could be delayed when notification processing was busy. Storage calculation and list updates after deletion now complete more promptly.
Improved preview resolution for tall and wide PDFs
Fixed an issue where tall or wide PDFs that fit a landing-page design onto a single page appeared blurry in preview. Text and details now display as clearly as when the file is opened directly in the browser.
