Quick Check

Quick Check is a private storage space in CheckBack that allows you to share and review files instantly without creating a project. You can simply drag and drop videos, documents, or other files to upload them, and a shareable link is automatically generated on the spot. The link can be accessed even by non-CheckBack users, enabling quick external reviews or revision requests. It’s the perfect feature for temporary sharing or speed-focused review requests.

1. Quick Check Screen Overview and Basic Functions

① Upload
You can quickly upload files by selecting them, or simply drag and drop to upload.

② Recently Used Files
Up to 10 previously uploaded files are displayed in order of last update.
If you want to see older files, click “View All” to access the full file list.
Double-clicking a thumbnail takes you directly to the CheckBack screen.

2. File Upload and Sharing Flow

The biggest feature of Quick Check is that a shareable link is automatically generated as soon as you upload a file.
You can also access the CheckBack screen with one click, allowing you to add review comments before sharing—perfect for situations that require quick feedback.

Flow from Upload to Sharing:

  1. Click “Upload File” (or drag & drop)
  2. After the upload is complete, a shareable link is automatically displayed
  3. Copy the displayed URL and send it to the reviewer!
    • Links can be viewed even by those without a CheckBack account
    • You can also move to the CheckBack screen via “Check Back”, add review comments, and then share

3. Move Files to a Project

Files uploaded to Quick Check can be moved to any project.
For urgent situations, first share via Quick Check, and when you’re ready for formal management, move the file to a project. This flexible workflow enhances project efficiency.

Steps to Move a File to a Project:

  1. Click the “
” menu on the relevant file in Quick Check
  2. Select “Move to Project”
  3. Choose the destination project and click “Move”
    • To store it in a folder within the project, select the folder before moving
  4. After moving, the file will appear under the “Files” tab of the target project

4. About Storage
