Project Details & Settings

A project is the smallest unit for organizing files, tasks, and members around a single job or assignment. Production teams create a project for each ongoing task, allowing them to centralize and manage all related information efficiently.

1. Project Screen Overview & Basic Functions

1.Project Name

Click to edit the project name.

2. Progress Status

Labels can be switched as needed (e.g., Preparing / In Progress / Completed).

3. Section Editing

You can change section names and their order.

4. Notification Settings Tab

Customize your personal notification preferences (email, push, etc.).

5. Member Settings Tab

Invite or remove members and change their permissions.

6. Leave / Delete Button

Leave the project yourself or completely delete it (admin only).

2. Project Details

You can access the project details screen from any of the following:

📂 Access Methods

  • Click the three-dot menu (…) next to the project name in the sidebar
  • Click the project name at the top of the project screen
  • Select the menu for the project in the project list view

Change Project Name

  1. Click the current project name on the details screen
  2. Enter the new name in the input field
  3. Press Enter to confirm

Set Progress Status

Choose a status like “Preparing / In Progress / Completed” to ensure team alignment.

Modify Sections

If the project has multiple sections, you can change the display order or names (requires edit permissions).

Leave / Delete

  • Leave: Remove yourself from the project (non-admin members only)
  • Delete: Delete the project entirely (project owner only)

3. Notification Settings

In the notification settings tab, you can customize how you receive notifications for this project:

  • Email / Push / Slack notifications
  • Set separately from other projects
  • Settings apply only to your account

4. Member Settings

View Members & Change Permissions

Check all members in the project.

Change their roles (Admin / Member / Viewer) — admin only.

Invite Members (Email)

  1. Enter email addresses under the “Members” tab
  2. Click “Invite Members”
  3. Invitation email is sent, and the recipient can register and join

Invite Members (Invitation Link)

Only for unregistered users

  1. Open the “Invitation Link” tab
  2. Click “Generate Invitation Link”
  3. Copy and share the URL
  4. Recipient registers via the link → joins the project

5. Project Permissions

Actions within the project are limited according to user roles.

For details, see the “Permissions?” section under “Project Settings” or “Project Member Settings” > “Members” tab.

6. IP Restrictions (Business Plan and above)

You can restrict access to specific IP addresses.

Restrictions also apply to invitation link access.

Registered users’ global IPs are automatically retrieved and can be added with a note.

Note: Public Wi-Fi or VPN may trigger unintended restrictions.

7. FAQ & Notes

Q. Invited users cannot join immediately.

→ If the user is unregistered, they can join after creating an account.

Q. What if a registered user opens the invitation link?

→ They cannot join using the link. Use email invitation instead.

Q. Unable to connect due to IP restrictions?

→ Check your current IP and have the admin add it if necessary.
