Updated home screen design from mobile to be available on PC as well

Fixed inconsistent sidebar display between home screen and other screens (review screen, project list, etc.)

Users can now easily understand which page they are on by looking at the sidebar
Project Drag & Drop Feature Added
Projects can now be dragged in the sidebar and moved to different sections
Previously required selecting destination from project settings, now can organize intuitively with drag & drop
Destination is highlighted with background color during dragging for clarity
Project organization and classification work is significantly more efficient

Fixed slow file list display within projects and significantly improved loading speed
Improved heavy file display within folders
